Before we even get to step one, it’s important to mention that this functionality comes with a prerequisite. You must have already claimed your business on Google My Business, and created an account/login to manage it. If you’ve already completed this previously and are still encountering issues, then make sure you’re logged in with the corresponding account, by checking the top right corner of the page.

First, simply search for your business on Google. You should see a new dashboard menu above the search results.

Next, after you click the Edit info button, you can choose from a selection of areas to update, upload, or include in your listing and page. The fields available to edit will be highlighted.

It’s vital that these listing remain up-to-date, so that your customers can always easily access any information they need when evaluating a business.
